version 1.0

Hello!! I'm very pleased to announce that version 1.0 of me'ava is now available!

me'ava is a simulator for a custom circuit engine called navu, which is focused around the interactions between components on a grid. These components send and receive signals to/from one another, creating a chain reaction!

Please feel free to give it a try, and don't hesitate to create an issue over at https://codeberg.org/nanobot567/meava if you run into any bugs, or just have a cool feature idea.
