CS-16 version 2.0 is now available!!

[added] cs-16 punch-in effects!! (and a toggle to enable vfx when effects are applied)
[added] cool looking log when loading a song(!), with a settings option to disable

all of your previous CS-16 songs should be backwards-compatible with the new version!! if not, please open an issue so i can fix it :)
