Hi! Here's another small update for CS-16, which FINALLY adds precise tempo editing (not just in multiples of 15 haha), and improves list performance.

[added] actually good tempo editing!! (can be changed by either 1 or 0.1 [if precise tempo chg is true])

[added] two new external visualizers, dithered notes and cpu stats! (note for dithered notes visualizer: make sure internal notes visualizer is off before enabling!)

[improved] listview performance app-wide

[fixed] listview content insets
